Chad Kosak impacted so many people's lives in his short 35 years with us. The Kosak Family would like to host the 4th annual golf tournament in Chad's honor. This will provide an opportunity for everyone to share their memories, remember his smile and whitty jokes. Let's remember him they way he would want, with a great day of golf.

Golf Tournament Information

Date: Saturday June 2nd, 2018

Time: 10:000 am shotgun start*

Location: Knollwood Golf Course (old course)

Address: 1276 Shaver Road, Hamilton

18 holes and electric cart

Registration - on or before May 30th = $70.00

This year we're not doing a lunch or dinner, but the club house will be open and they will have a BBQ set up for a hamburgers, hotdogs or sausages at your own cost. Anyone not golfing is welcome to join us after the tournament around 2:30pm at the club house. We will have a few large raffle prizes to draw for at the end of the day.

*This is a shotgun start. Please come early to register, gather your team, and head off to your tee. This tournament is all about having fun! We will be playing best ball and have a few prizes to give away including on our male and female longest drives.
